CPA Avraham Yehudayoff founded the firm of A. Yehudayoff & Co. CPA in 1981, with 39 years of experience in providing accounting services to hundreds of companies in various industries in the economy and in representation before tax authorities, specializing, among other things: in financial support of real estate projects. Residential and real estate for businesses in Israel and abroad, accompanying issues, auditing and preparing financial statements of various entities, including public and private companies.

Served for approximately 20 years as Chairman of the Jerusalem Area Committee and as a Taxation Advisor at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and currently Chairman of the Jerusalem Area Tax Committees.

• Served as a director of Avner Car Accident Insurance Association Ltd. - Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Investment Committee.

• Served as a director and chairman of the Audit Committee and Balance Sheet Committee in a public company.
